The best time to visit Myrtle Beach, South Carolina often depends a few things: your budget, who’s traveling, and are you a beach-person? If your ideal vacation is soaking up the sun and playing in the ocean, you know when to visit. If the beach is not your vibe, your options are vary. 

 

Ahh… Spring, let the warm up begin! There are many reasons to visit in in the spring. Hotels often feature special packages and cheaper rates compared to the summer peak tourism season. In the spring, the beaches are far less crowded, there’s plenty of room to spread out. And it’s easier to get around, there’s considerably less traffic, and the restaurants are much easier to get into.

 

Summer is peak season. Finding affordable lodging in the peak season is a challenge; accommodations are at a premium, so plan your summer trip at least three or four months in advance.
